Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Training & Management Assistance (TMA) Program – Training and Strategic Human Resource Management Services Contracts DAI offers federal agencies a full spectrum of training and strategic human resource management services through the OPM TMA Program. DAI has a five-year contract as a subcontractor to Serco (formerly SI International) to provide these services.
SeaPort-e DAI was awarded a five-year contract (with option years) with the Department of the Navy under its SeaPort-e platform. SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring efficient and cost-effective access to professional support services in 22 functional areas. Veterans Technology Services (VETS) Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) VETS GWAC is a small business set-aside contract for service-disabled veteran-owned (SDVO) small technology firms. DAI is a partner in a joint venture composed of several small businesses. VETS GWAC is the result of Executive Order 13360 designed to strengthen federal contracting opportunities for SDVO technology firms. VETS presents a new way for federal agencies to achieve small business goals through the purchase of information technology (IT) solutions from small businesses owned by service-disabled veterans. VETS’ broad contract scope provides for the delivery of information security, information systems engineering and systems operations, and maintenance services.
