January 21, 2010DAI, in partnership with Serco Inc., will support the NSPS Transition Office and the DoD Components with transition-related activities and National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) requirements through a series of communications, consulting, and learning activities. The Department of Defense recently announced the change in designation of the National Security Personnel System (NSPS) Program Executive Office (PEO) to the NSPS Transition Office and the appointment of John H. James as the new Director, NSPS Transition Office.
DAI has extensive experience supporting performance management and personnel systems, including previously supporting the NSPS PEO. Since 2005, DAI has led efforts to train a variety of DoD employees, including managers, supervisors, and senior leaders on NSPS, educate employees and other stakeholders on the system’s characteristics and proposed benefits, and to spearhead all print, online, and event communications about NSPS to a range of audiences, including Congress, the media, and the general public.
