Under the contract, DAI will create a web-based simulation training module to provide OPECC end-user software training to support the release of the ePharmacy billing and accounts receivable software. DAI will develop a web-based simulation training module to teach end users how to sort and identify claims using the Claims Status Awaiting (CSA) Resolution report software functionality.
