DAI TO PROVIDE MARINE CORPS BRAND SUPPORT
ALEXANDRIA, Va. – DAI was awarded a contract today to provide communications consulting support to the United Sates Marine Corps (USMC) Manpower and Reserve Affairs Department (M&RA). DAI will assist MR&A in shaping and sustaining the Civilian USMC employer brand.
USMC has invested in developing and promoting the Civilian Marine brand, which has helped clarify the role of Civilian Marines in supporting the Marine Corps. DAI will provide support in a number of areas, the first of which will be determining the Civilian Marine brand awareness and effectiveness across the USMC. Next, DAI will provide strategic communications support to assist and advise on the creative process and marketing and communications skills required to strengthen the Civilian Marines’ internal capabilities to run such campaigns.
“This contract win acknowledges the important contributions DAI makes in integrating human capital and communications,” said DAI President and CEO, Dr. Sherilyne Dougherty. “The M&RA project goals are a perfect fit for our combination of both extensive knowledge of Federal human capital requirements and our expertise in marketing and communications campaign development.”
DAI will utilize its expertise in a wide range of branding, communications and marketing consulting to train M&RA staff in developing targeted messaging and positioning, and then identifying the most effective communications channels and public relations devises – such as press releases – to ensure that intended audiences are reached.
