Human Capital
At DAI, we strive to develop, implement, and support lasting human capital solutions that allow organizations to achieve their goals, as well as significant improvements in organizational culture and business processes. These solutions include workforce planning, organizational assessment, competency modeling, succession planning, and survey development and administration.
The goals and objectives we address most often center on organizational development, change management, and performance improvement (as well as integrated combinations of all three). Our commitment to strict management controls and regular communication means faster progress and an all around clearer understanding. At the same time, DAI teams often focus on particularly specialized facets of human capital management.
We have deep experience developing and conducting workforce planning assessments. Over the last 10 years, DAI has supported multiple federal agencies in meeting OMB reporting requirements, developing mentoring programs, and implementing pay-for-performance systems at the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Department of Agriculture (USDA).
