Learning Plus™ Methodology
DAI’s Learning Plus™ methodology is a proven, systematic approach to socializing innovation and developing workforce skills. At its core, Learning Plus™ is based on an industry standard model—the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) framework. DAI has augmented this model substantially by integrating regular, formal communication throughout our methodology. As we see it, communication is intrinsic to success. For us, it is a vital tool for reinforcing collaboration in a project or course.
The Learning Plus™ model can be viewed as a sequence of activities focusing on continuous improvement, with communication serving as the driver in the learning cycle. DAI teams employ the Learning Plus™ methodology in all our work for clients, and most notably in workforce education and staff development activities.
