Dr. Sherilyne E. Dougherty, President & CEO
As DAI’s founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Dougherty oversees all aspects of the business, including operations, finance, business development, and strategic planning. Within the public sector, she has led major initiatives for the Departments of Defense, Veterans Affairs, Justice, and the Treasury, and in the private sector, for Wachovia Securities, One Main.com, and Northrop Grumman.
Paula Antonovich, Executive Vice President
Paula serves as executive director and lead subject matter expert of DAI’s key practice areas – communications, human capital, and learning solutions. An integral member of DAI’s leadership team since 1999, she has directed numerous keystone transformation programs for federal government, corporate, and not-for-profit clients, including the Department of Defense’s (DoD’s) National Security Personnel System (NSPS), Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS), and Civilian Personnel Management System (CPMS), as well as other major initiatives.

Antoinette Merrill, Vice President, Finance & Administration
Ms. Merrill has over ten years of experience working domestically and internationally with entrepreneurs and small businesses on matters related to finance and a variety of strategic business measures. At DAI, Antoinette oversees the strategy and execution of contract management and administration, human resources, and recruiting, and develops financial strategies to stimulate organizational growth.
