Dr. Sherilyne E. Dougherty, President & CEO
Dr. Dougherty founded DAI in 1995, and oversees all aspects of the business with a strong focus on strategic planning and business development. Under her leadership, DAI has trained tens of thousands of government workers, developed and implemented learning systems that have transformed federal agencies’ training methods and supported successful human capital and change management operations through targeted communications campaigns.

Paula Antonovich, Executive Vice President
Ms. Antonovich serves as executive vice president leading DAI’s practice areas—Communications, Human Capital and Learning Solutions. An integral member of DAI’s leadership team since 1999, she provides overall direction and guidance on operations to maximize growth and profitability.

Antoinette Merrill, Vice President, Finance & Administration
Ms. Merrill has over ten years of experience working domestically and internationally with entrepreneurs and small businesses on matters related to finance and a variety of strategic business measures. At DAI, she oversees the strategy and execution of contract management and administration, human resources and recruiting, and develops financial strategies to stimulate organizational growth.

Blake Myers, Vice President of Business Operations
Mr. Myers has more than 13 years of experience in program management, business development and leadership. At DAI, Mr. Myers leads the company's business development efforts—including capture and proposal development—and guides corporate marketing and communications initiatives. He manages the business development and marketing staffs, and establishes and ensures compliance with business development processes and procedures.

Komal Jobe, Learning Solutions Practice Leader
Ms. Jobe has over 15 years of extensive experience in education, program management, training delivery and curriculum/instructional design. At DAI, she manages a team of 18 staff members and oversees the company's responsibilities for numerous contracts, including the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) large-scale career and technical training initiative.

Sarah Palmer, Vice President, Communications Practice Leader
Ms. Palmer is a subject matter expert in strategic communications programs. Over the last 14 years, she has led implementations of large scale, integrated programs. At DAI, she oversees the company's entire communications practice, providing strategic leadership for contracts/clients and mentoring of internal communications team members.
