Antoinette Merrill, Vice President, Finance & Administration

Ms. Merrill has over ten years of experience working domestically and internationally with entrepreneurs and small businesses on matters related to finance and a variety of strategic business measures. At DAI, she oversees the strategy and execution of contract management and administration, human resources and recruiting, and develops financial strategies to stimulate organizational growth.

She has extensive experience with accounting software implementation, expertise developing and implementing internal control policies and an in-depth knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) regulations.

Ms. Merrill is actively involved in a number of business and community organizations. She serves as the Program Chair for the Small Business Shared Interest Group (SIG) within the American Council for Technology (ACT)/Industry Advisory Council (IAC). As part of her Capstone Project for her Executive MBA program, she developed a strategic business plan for a non-profit organization that supports women and children who have been victims of abuse and domestic violence.

She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of San Diego and an Executive MBA from George Mason University.
