Komal Jobe, Learning Solutions Practice Leader

Ms. Jobe has over 15 years of extensive experience in education, program management, training delivery and curriculum/instructional design. At DAI, she manages a team of 18 staff members and oversees the company's responsibilities for numerous contracts, includingthe Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) large-scale career and technical training initiative. Ms. Jobe also manages DAI's conference practice, overseeing the VA Financial Management Training Conferences (FMTC) and the VA Human Resource (HR) Training Conferences. She uses her project management expertise to lead and guide the team, and ensure the contract scope is maintained while adhering to time and budget constraints. She also serves as a content expert to ensure that all training conferences are instructionally sound and provide the best learning environment and course content for the participants.

Prior to DAI, Ms. Jobe was, CEO and co-founder of Jobe Consulting Group, LLC, a minority, woman-owned, multidisciplinary, professional services consulting firm, providing expertise in project management, facilitation, process mapping, business process reengineering, professional development, budget analysis and management, research and statistical analysis, and project and team organization. 

Ms. Jobe holds a MA in Education and a BS in Mathematics from State University of New York at Albany, a Masters Certificate in IT Project Management from George Washington University, and, is a certified project management professional (PMP).  She is also a Senior Fellow of the Executive Potential Program, USDA Graduate School.
