Paula Antonovich, Executive Vice President
Ms. Antonovich serves as executive vice president leading DAI’s practice areas—Communications, Human Capital and Learning Solutions. An integral member of DAI’s leadership team since 1999, she provides overall direction and guidance on operations to maximize growth and profitability.
Prior to joining DAI, Ms. Antonovich led a not-for-profit program at the Benton Foundation that promoted new media as a means to educate and engage adults on issues affecting children and families. As Director of Connect for Kids, she oversaw national public service media campaigns that earned more than $500 million in equivalent air time and print exposure for this vital cause. In her 1994 book, Marketing Matters, Ms. Antonovich outlined many of the principles that she has since refined and put into practice at DAI in supporting a diverse array of client missions, visions, goals and objectives.
Ms. Antonovich received her Master of Arts in Political Economy and Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from American University.
