Sarah Palmer, Vice President, Communications Practice Leader
Ms. Palmer is a subject matter expert in strategic communications programs. Over the last 14 years, she has led implementations of large scale, integrated programs. At DAI, she oversees the company's entire communications practice, providing strategic leadership for contracts/clients and mentoring of internal communications team members. She provides strategic advice to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) regarding communications surrounding the implementation of two key human resources programs: VA for Vets and (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
Ms. Palmer has successfully managed complex projects at every phase, from ascertaining initial requirements through creative and interactive development including Web design and content management; interactive communications and techniques such as Web 2.0 and social networking technologies; qualitative and quantitative research; strategy and branding; public relations; trade shows, conference programs and special events.
Prior to joining DAI, Ms. Palmer served as Vice President Client Strategy at TMP Government, where she provided strategic leadership on large projects for Departments of Treasury, Health and Human Services and Veterans Affairs, Office of Personnel Management and the Recovery, Accountability and Transparency Board.
Ms. Palmer holds a Bachelor of Science from Salisbury University.
